Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google, sign in with Google instead.

Connect ChatGPT, Claude and other AI assistants

InstaClock works with AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Settings → Connected apps in the app has step-by-step setup for each assistant. The server URL is https://api.instaclock.app/mcp. When you connect, you sign in to InstaClock and approve what the assistant can do.

To disconnect an assistant, open Settings → Connected apps and select Disconnect next to it. You can also remove InstaClock from the assistant's own settings.

Export or delete your data

Export all your time data from Settings → Account → Export data; we email you the export. To delete your account and data, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
